Model Home Complexes

New Image Landscape Company has well-established relationships with several of the largest and well-recognized homebuilders in the Bay Area. We have been entrusted with maintaining their project models to insure the exterior visual aesthetics to potential homebuyers and casual visitors alike.

We are part of the homebuilder's team and, therefore, are responsible for the "quality image and favorable first impression" that must be created and conveyed to every visitor in the most positive manner.

Homeowner's Association

NILC has numerous on-going relationships with property management companies to provide maintenance services to the homeowners' associations that they represent. Our attention to detail differentiates us from other maintenance services. We pride ourselves on the high level of service we provide to satisfy the varying expectations each association deserves and requires.

Municipalities

Our level of expertise and competitive bidding capacity allows us to secure and expand this particular sector of the market.
